Children's Long Term Support Services


Positive childhood experiences can improve the overall health of all children. We provide community-based support services  for children and young adults who have developmental, physical, and or emotional disabilities and substantial limitations performing multiple daily activities.


Children and young people with disabilities can access our long-term support programs, which include:    


  • Daily Living Skills  
  • Day Service
  • Health & Wellness
  • Mentoring
  • Respite
